Some of the most
beautiful land in the Foothills is along the scenic route along Hwy
174. The small towns of Chicago Park & Peardale
are two of the
landmarks you will see as you look for that perfect home or land to build your dream home. Most of the parcels are at
least an acre, but the average size is 2 to 5 acres. There are many
ranches and large parcels, most with tall pines, cedars, oaks, madrones and fruit trees. This area is well known for
it's pear, apple & peach orchards. The wild flowers, ferns
and other
vegetation make this a wonderful
Sunday drive.
The Occasional dusting of snow only adds to the beauty of the area.
