Auburn is another one of the historic towns
in the Sierra Foothills. It is located in Placer County and is the
county seat. Old Town Auburn has many unique shops and great
restaurants. The historic significance of this quaint little town
is well known. The statue of the California Gold Miner as well as
the beautiful old buildings such as the
Court house tell a story of their own. The Placer County
Fair and many other fun functions are here for all to enjoy. |
